PHILLIPS: My wife Valerie and I are trying to trace relatives of anyone who knew the Phillips family who lived at Hillcrest Cottages, Aldsworth near Emsworth and Westbourne from 1920s until 1957.

Valerie’s father Ronald Frederick was killed in action with the Royal Marine’s in 1941. The father, Arthur was a sea captain in the Royal Navy and died in 1955 in Chichester Hospital.

The mother’s name was Rose, who we know bought a bungalow with another son Peter; she died in Southsea in 1969.

We believe Peter got married after he moved to Rowlands Castle. We are looking any information.
