The wraps have come off a new development in Clanfield.

David Wilson Homes has officially launched its Windmill View – a selection of two, three, four and five bedroom properties.

Interest is already high in the development with the rural location proving popular with people who have visited, says sales director Sarah Eales.

‘We’re delighted to be launching these new homes,’ she says. ‘We know from previous developments in the area that the style and quality of the homes and locations we choose are popular with buyers and we look forward to welcoming visitors to Windmill View.’

Homes include properties with prices from £239,000 and David Wilson Homes is offering its schemes to help first time buyers get onto the housing market and those looking to move up the housing ladder.

Schemes available for buyers of new homes include NewBuy, the 95 per cent mortgage backed by the government.

It means customers – both first time buyers and home movers – only need a five per cent deposit.

And for those looking to move up the housing ladder, David Wilson Homes is also offering its part exchange scheme at Windmill View. Part exchange removes all the uncertainty associated with a move. The housebuilder is a guaranteed cash buyer – so there is no chain, no last-minute price haggling and no hidden costs.

Buyers at Windmill View will be treated to all the benefits of the Hampshire countryside and will also be well positioned for Portsmouth city centre and north to Petersfield and Guildford.

‘We always think carefully about location when planning new developments,’ says Sarah.
