Snow flurries and clowning around
Slava's Snowshow is being performed at the Mayflower Theatre, Southampton from October 4 - 8.
There’s a chill in the air at the Mayflower Theatre, Southampton, as Russian performance group, Slava, put on a wintery spectacle.
Olivier Award winning and Tony Award nominated, the show first premiered in the UK in 1994, and has since gone on to win a Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Unique Theatrical Experience in 2005, and win the Stanislavski Award in 2001.
This autumn tour is the first time the company have been the UK for three years, with the performances ending with a special Christmas season at London’s Royal Festival Hall.
Having performed over 3000 times, Slava’s Snowshow features clowns lead by Slava Polunin, and circus-like spectacles.
