HEALTH workers hope to tap into the creative talents of Portsmouth children to mark the NHS' 60th anniversary.
Staff at Portsmouth City Teaching Primary Care Trust are asking youngsters to design a birthday card. There are sections for under-fives, under-eights and under-12s.

Prizes are on offer and winning entries will go in the trust's next annual report.

Chief executive Tracy Sanders said: 'We're looking for an attractive design which reflects what the NHS does and what it means to people.'

Entry forms are available at www.portsmouthcitypct.nhs.uk

The closing date is June 6.
