A MAN has died after he was thrown from his motorbike while riding on Friday night.
The man suffered multiple serious injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.

He is believed to have lost control of his Kawasaki bike on the A27 at Farlington at 8.25pm.

The road was closed for six hours while the scene was cleaned-up and a full investigation carried out by police officers.

The motorcyclist was travelling west-bound towards Havant when he came off his bike.

Police are appealing for witnesses and have not yet identified the man, as his next of kin have not been told of the accident.

Enquiries are still on going to establish the exact details of the incident, but it is not believed any other vehicles were involved.

Anyone with information is asked to quote 'Operation Pellagra' and contact PC Andrew Smith at the Cosham Roads Policing Unit 0845 045 45 45, or contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
