Three-times Olympic medallist Kriss Akabusi told charity bosses they needed to keep ahead of the rest of the field in an 'inspirational' speech.
The popular ex-athlete gave a talk to bosses from the Southern Focus Trust, which has a base in Portsmouth, during a Superstars-themed conference at the Holiday Inn, Fareham.

Chief executive Nicola Youern said: 'The conference provided a real source of inspiration to all involved, with Kriss' talk most definitely the highlight of the day.'

Southern Focus Trust helps more than 8,000 vulnerable people a year to get accommodation and improve the quality of their lives.
