Shop staff knew exactly how to spread awareness about breast cancer – by stripping down to their bras!
Dozens of women at Debenhams in Commercial Road, Portsmouth, donned pink bras in support of breast cancer awareness month's Dare to Wear it Pink Day on Friday.

And it seemed their efforts paid off, as crowds of customers were drawn to the campaign and were keen to dig deep in their pockets to make donations.

Marcus Emery, sales manager for the store's lingerie department, said: 'It was a really successful day.

'Not only did we raise £100 but we raised awareness about breast cancer, and that was what this was all about.

'Being a lingerie department, we're an ideal group to try and promote awareness.

'We had a lot of customers asking what it was all about and then donating money. And some of the money made from sales of products went to the campaign as well.'
