Woman taken to hospital after tractor crash

A woman has been rushed to hospital with serious injuries after she was trapped under a tractor following a crash.
The accident happened just before 1.30pm in Swanmore Road in Droxford.
Firefighters cut the woman free and she was taken to Queen Alexandra Hospital in Cosham at 2.38pm.
Emergency services rushed to the scene after reports a blue Fiat had become trapped under a Massey Ferguson tractor, which was pulling a trailer.
They found the woman under the tractor with her legs pinned down.
The 21 year old male driver of the tractor was not injured in the incident.
The accident happened at a bend in the road near to the junction of Midlington Hill.
A doctor was called to the scene and the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance arrived shortly after.
Swanmore Road was closed at the junction of the A32 and Cottage Street while police carried out an investigation of the scene.
