HEARTTHROB Duncan James stepped up his recovery from a spinal problem by taking a stroll with his dog at one of Britain’s most scenic national parks.

The former Blue singer and new Hollyoaks actor launched a charitable campaign to find the top places for the nation to walk their dogs by taking his nine-year-old Shih Tzu Tallula, through South Downs National Park. The 38-year-old revealed his movement struggles last week on ITV’s Loose Women following surgery for a spinal disk prolapse – sparked by a freak incident performing on stage. But it didn’t stop him leading the Gala Bingo campaign to find the UK’s favourite dog walking spot.
