FIREFIGHTERS were called when an electrical fault caused alarms to go off at an industrial estate on Saturday.

Fareham fire station sent a crew to investigate the incident, which happened at a printing works on the Fareham Reach industrial estate in Fareham Road, Gosport, at 8.45pm.

A spokesman from Hampshire Fire and Rescue said when the crew arrived it proved to be a false alarm. ‘It was an electrical fault on the system,’ he said.
