CHILDREN had a half-term treat when a petting zoo visited a garden centre.
A pair of alpacas, pigs, goats, sheep and geese spent the day at Garsons Garden Centre in Fontley Road, Titchfield.
Hundreds of young visitors got close to nature by petting the animals.
Clare James, from Garsons, said: ‘We love having the animals to visit, they’re very friendly and everyone seems to enjoy petting them in the sunshine, not just the children. We’re looking forward to having them back.’
The mobile farm will next be at Garsons on Thursday, April 11.
