BAGS full of dog mess being dumped on walls have irritated villagers.

People in Rowlands Castle are angry after filled poop scoop bags have been left on walls rather than putting them in bins.

It follows an increase in dog fouling at the recreation ground, with the parish council urging people to report offenders.

One local dog-walker said: ‘A local person who routinely walks their dog along Manor Lodge Road recently decided that it is acceptable to leave bags of their dog’s waste on another villager’s boundary wall.

‘The bags have now fallen off the wall and are on the grassy verge by the footpath where young children walk to school every morning. I’m even sadder to report that the pile is still increasing in size. I find this behaviour simply disgraceful and disgusting. The vile conduct of this particular dog owner is letting down all respectfully responsible dog-walkers in our lovely village and everywhere.’
