POMPEY are seeking to rubber-stamp plans to carry out essential work to keep Fratton Park open.

The Blues’ board will meet tomorrow, with maintenance one of the issues on the agenda.

Trust and club board member Ashley Brown last night told an open meeting for Pompey Supporters’ Trust members that new CCTV and floodlighting was required to be carried out this summer.

If approved, this will be funded by a portion of the money received from Stuart Robinson as part of the Tesco deal.
