THREE charities will benefit from a woman’s 200-mile cycle ride across India.
Kelly Simmonds, 32, from The Greenway, Emsworth, will raise money for Breast Cancer Care, Ovarian Cancer Action and Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust.
She was inspired to do the cycle because her mother, Nuala Hobden, had breast cancer seven years ago. She is now in remission.
To raise money Kelly is throwing a Bollywood-themed party at Havant & Waterlooville Football Club on June 30. There will be dancing, a disco and a two-course Indian buffet.
Tickets to the event cost £18 each or £150 for a table of 10.
Buy tickets from the club or call (023) 9278 7855. The cycle ride is in November.
