A FOUR-year-old boy accidentally got his head stuck in a picket fence.

The Court Lane Infant School pupil was leaning against the fence when he slipped and his head got trapped.

Teachers at the school in Hilary Avenue, Cosham, tried to free him, before calling the fire service.

A crew from Cosham went out at 1pm yesterday.

They moved the fence panels to free the uninjured youngster.
