Portsmouth high-rise tenants offered free door-to-door fire safety advice

A BROKEN down car is causing traffic to queue at the Quay Street roundabout in Fareham.

Congestion is still being felt after the car broke down at 7am on the A27 Western Way.

Hampshire police said the car was recovered 10 minutes later but is still causing delays for motorists.
