A PORTSMOUTH manufacturer has announced it will be doubling its business in the Middle East during the next year.
Elmdene International makes security and fire products, and has also announced it received the most visitors in its history at the Intersec 2013 show in Dubai, with a quarter more people visiting the firm’s two stands than at last year’s event.
Ian Moore, the firm’s managing director, said: ‘As a direct result of Intersec several new accounts have already been identified in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the UAE and Oman. This places us in a strong position as we look to achieve our ambitious growth targets for the region.’
