IF YOU have always wanted to be a ghost-buster then a museum’s paranormal investigation night will give you all your training.
Expert ghost and ghoul-hunting staff at the Explosion! Museum of Naval Firepower in Heritage Way, Priddy’s Hard, Gosport will run the evening of spooky investigations on Friday.
They will guide amateur hunters around the historic buildings in a pursuit of supernatural beings from 8pm to 2am.
All attendees will be trained in the use of ghost-hunting equipment, later being allowed to use it.
When the tour is over, the newly-trained detectives will be led in an investigation of the many haunted buildings.
That includes the Grand Magazine, built in 1771, which originally stored gunpowder, C Magazine, a Victorian-era explosives magazine and a pre-Second World War air raid shelter, which is a bunker on the Museum Green.
Visitors will also be able to roam free in the mine and counter-mine store and the museum’s cottages.
And for the more spiritually-minded there will also be a chance to take part in seances and vigils throughout the night.
Tickets for the night must be bought in advance and cost £20, and you must bring a torch.
