BIG guns will be on show at Fort Nelson over Easter weekend.
The fort, on Portsdown Hill Road, Fareham, will have the spectacular Sexton on show.
The tank-like vehicle dates back to the World War Two and is a always a favourite with visitors.
But on April 1, families will be able to get up close to it and children will be able to stand on a viewing platform to see the inside.
Nigel Hosier, fort operations manager said: ‘This is a unique opportunity that money cannot buy.
‘The Sexton is one of the big beasts of the Royal Armouries national collection of artillery.
‘It is always popular with our visitors, particularly children, and it is going to a great day.’
There will also be a raffle for over 16s, offering a unique chance for the winner to ride in the Sexton and fire two rounds at the end of the day.
The Sexton will be available for viewing between 12pm and 2pm. The draw for the raffle will take place at 3pm.
Admission is free for this event.
