A STORE in Chichester has been given an accolade at the retail ‘Oscars’.
Fat Face has been crowned Store Design of the Year at the Oracle Retail Week Awards 2013.
It won the prize due to the easy navigation customers have around the store.
The shop, which had a refit due to fire damage, also offers additional services to the customer including more fitting rooms, stock provision and service points.
This attention-to-detail meant the Chichester store won.
Chris Brook-Carter, editor in chief of Retail Week, said: ‘Fat Face has taken a situation that could’ve had a detrimental impact on the business and used it to its advantage.’
