Firm listed for four awards

FARLINGTON firm Gemma Lighting has made the short list for four categories in The News’ Business Excellence Awards, not three as implied in our supplement yesterday.

The company has been chosen by the judges to be included in the short list for Small and Medium Sized Business of the Year, Exporter of the Year, Innovation of the Year and its managing director Craig Manuel has been short-listed in the Business Personality/Achievement of the Year category.

The News is happy to clarify this and wishes Gemma Lighting – and each of the short-listed companies, apprentices and business people – the best of luck in the awards, which take place at the Guildhall in Portsmouth on Friday, February 15.

The glittering ceremony is an annual event for the paper, and each category winner is automatically entered into the Southern Business Awards, run by Johnston Press.
