A FAMILY business on Hayling Island is celebrating its 25-year anniversary with an afternoon full of music and food.
J & K Supermarkets, Creek Road, Hayling Island, is owned by Jaldeep and Karin Narula and to celebrate the shop’s 25th birthday, they have arranged a fun-filled afternoon for March 10.
The couple have arranged for an Olympic Torch bearer to go along to the celebrations to give people the chance to have their photo taken with the torch.
Karin said: ‘We are having a get-together with friends and regular customers from the community to mark being here for the last 25 years.
‘We have arranged for food and champagne to be provided and we are also having an Elvis tribute act who is known by everyone in the area.
‘We are also hoping to have a karaoke machine in the evening to give people a good time.’
The celebrations will run between 1pm and 3pm.
