Property firm is moving home

COMMERCIAL property agent Vail Williams is to become the newest tenant of the Lakeside North Harbour business park.

The firm will be moving there from its current home at Port Solent next summer.

The firm said the North Harbour location was ideal, as it sits right on the A27.

Regional partner Martin Tice said: ‘This move makes clear our commitment to the area and also to offering our clients the convenience of being able to visit our teams in both of Hampshire’s biggest cities.

‘It will put our Portsmouth team right in the heart of the business activity there and reflects our ambition to expand in the Solent area, where we have recently taken on new staff and are delivering an even wider range of services.’

Vail Williams has played a key role in the transformation of the park, advising property fund manager Highcross on its acquisition in 2005.
