UP and coming Welsh rockers Kids in Glass Houses helped this year’s Butserfest go with a bang.

The band headlined the bill for the drink and drug-free event at Butser Hill in Queen Elizabeth Country Park, which is organised by East Hampshire District Council.

Alongside more than 20 bands on two stages, there were martial arts demonstrations, pedal-powered smoothies, and plenty of other fun activities.

Richard Wells from the council was helping out on the day and said: ‘We’ve had loads of positive feedback.

‘We had just over 1,500 people and enthusiastic crowds – it was a great day.’
