TICKETS are being sold for a raffle that will raise money for the Dorothy’s Dream appeal and could win someone a car.
Richmond Citroen, in Fitzherbert Road, Farlington, has donated a Citroen C1 to The Rowans Hospice for its hospice at home appeal.
Raffle tickets are being sold at the hospice in Purbrook and its charity stores, costing £1.
Tickets are being sold until March 27, with the draw taking place on April 1.
Michael Nobes, managing director of the car firm, said: ‘I am proud to be sponsoring the car for this raffle in aid of Dorothy’s Dream.
‘It is vital we give people choice at times when it matters most.
‘Please join me and support this appeal.’
So far more than £750,000 has been raised for the £1m Dorothy’s Dream appeal, which gives people the chance to spend their last few days at home if they wish.
