Another successful summer at the Boundary Oak School Holiday Club in Fareham is drawing to a close.

There was an action-packed programme of activities on offer.

Headteacher Hazel Kellett said: ‘The children have had a wonderful time over the summer.

‘It has been fantastic to see them scooting around and hearing about how much fun they have been having.

‘The most popular activity has definitely been the water slide – the shrieks of laughter could be heard across the field

‘Outdoor play is a vital element in any childhood.

‘Our extensive school grounds and large indoor spaces allow us to run throughout the year with numerous activities for children of every age to enjoy.

‘Many parents find school holidays a bit of a juggling act and we offer a safe environment that gives children the opportunity to keep active and busy from breakfast to tea time.’

Facilities at the grade II-listed building include a swimming pool, floodlit astro turf and athletics track for the children to make use of.

The club is in its third year and is open to all children aged between three and nine years old.
