MOTORISTS were left counting the cost after a Range Rover ploughed through a street smashing into several cars.

It happened in Wimbledon Park Road, Southsea, at around 5am today, and ended with the car crashing into a wall.

Neighbour Dylan Tanner said the Range Rover collided with four cars along the street before going through the wall.

Three cars have been taken away and it is likely they will be written off.

Mr Tanner said: ‘The driver of the car scraped the side of my car but it is not written off.’

Hampshire Constabulary refused to provide any details about the incident when contacted by The News.
