MEMBERS of the Salvation Army band are gearing up for their 20th anniversary of their annual Carols at the Kings concert.

Tracy Irish, Cohen Radcliffe and Mark Streather are among band members who are set to perform at the Kings Theatre in Albert Road, Southsea, on the first day of advent next month.

They will once again be joined by friends of the Salvation Army, St. John’s College School Choir and children from Portsmouth High School Nursery who will present the nativity.

Proceeds from the event are to be donated to CLIC Sargent and the charity’s ongoing work to help children with cancer and their families.

The show will be held on November 27.

Tickets are £5.50 for adults and £2.50 for children under 14 and can be bought from The Ticket Secretary, 136 Moorings Way, Milton, Portsmouth. PO4 8YL or by calling (023) 9273 8349.

Tickets will be on sale at the Kings Theatre box office from November 21.
