A STAMP fair raised more than £1,000 for charity.

It was the first of its kind held at the David Bogue Hall, in Stoke Road, Gosport.

The £1,035 was raised to support the Leprosy Mission, which is run by Phil Jarman, of Drift Road in Clanfield, Waterlooville.

The charity sells collected stamps and collectibles to support itself.

It was held on Saturday, June 15.
