A drifting catamaran was blown into Hayling brige today.
Staff of the Langstone Harbour Master have been battling to free the craft,
which came free of its moorings in front of Langstone Sailing Club
overnight, and got wedged under the bridge.
The owner is working with the harbour master to free the boat, which
was wedged underneath the southern most part of the bridge.
Over the other side of the bridge, in Chichester Harbour, just the
mast of a stricken boat which sunk overnight, can be seen.
Boats were damaged in Chichester Harbour and Langstone Harbour during the high winds.
