A CHARITY football match in memory of two men who died of cancer has been postponed.

Pompey legends were due to play at the match at Havant & Waterlooville Football Club’s ground in West Leigh yesterday but it was called off due to bad weather.

The match was in memory of James Jeffery, who died of prostate cancer, aged 86 and Michael Scobie, a 27-year-old father of three, who died from testicular cancer in 2010.

It’s not yet known when the match will be rescheduled for.
