The Royal Marines Charitable Trust Fund (RMCTF) is selling raffle tickets to win a new Aston Martin V8 Vantage Roadster to raise funds to support serving and retired Royal Marines through life.

The car was donated by entrepreneur, philanthropist and RMCTF trustee David Weil. His intention is that the RMCTF raises at least twice the car’s value.

Tickets are £10 and are on sale at rmctf.org.uk/raffle). A minimum of £9 from every ticket bought will go directly to the RMCTF.

The closing date is September 4 and the winner will be revealed on September 11.

The lucky winner of the vehicle will have to make a tough decision
– to keep the car, which has a street value of more than £90,000, or accept £75,000 in cash.
