A REGULAR at a Southsea pub has organised a fundraising event in aid of the Tom Prince Cancer Trust.

Claire Perry, 42, from Southsea, will host a fun day at Little Johnny Russell’s, on Albert Road, tomorrow to raise funds for the charity.

There will be a palm reader at the event, a bake sale, tombola, various games created specially for the day and a DJ. Cash will be collected for the trust and the pub will donate some of its profit from each Sunday roast dinner sold.

Ms Perry said: ‘I’m a Fratton Park regular so know Tom’s parents Clinton and Adele Prince and have done fundraising for them before.

‘It’s a local charity run by nice local people and we should all do everything we can to support it.’

The event takes place from 1pm to 5pm.
