RAISE awareness of a diabetes charity by taking part in a walk.

People can choose from either a 1.9-mile or five-mile sponsored walk in Queen Elizabeth Country Park, Waterlooville, on June 9, to raise money for Diabetes UK.

The challenge is part of the Walk for Diabetes series of sponsored events around the country, which aims to encourage people to be more physically active and to live a healthier lifestyle.

For more information on signing up for the Walk for Diabetes in Waterlooville, or if you are interested in organising your own walk, email fundraising.southeast@diabetes.org.uk or call 01372 720148.
