THE mayor of Havant Paul Buckley will wave off hundreds of classic cars, motorbikes and commercial vehicles on a charity run.

The ride out raises money for the Mayor’s Charity Appeal.

It takes place on April 13, beginning at the Public Service Plaza at 9.30am. From midday there will be family fun with live music.

Cllr Buckley said: ‘This is always a very popular and fun event. Last year over 160 vehicles participated in the Charity Classic Vehicle Run and we look forward to viewing this year’s entries as some vehicles are rare and unique.

‘The event is free, however a donation to the Mayor’s Charity Appeal is very much appreciated.’
