CREATIVE families enjoyed arts and crafts at Ashcroft Arts Centre.

The Clay in a Day event at the centre, in Osborn Road, Fareham, saw people make 3D models out of clay as part of an action-packed arts and crafts session.

Everyone was able to film their creations before watching them come to life on a screen.

Leigh Johnstone, art development officer at Ashcroft Art Centre, said: ’Everyone seemed to have a great time, especially when they got to see the final product.

‘We do several events like it throughout the year.’

Families will be able to take part in similar activities during a Victorian-themed day at the centre on March 9.
