A CRASH on the M275 is causing delays into Portsmouth.

Two vehicles, a silver Vauxhall Astra and a lorry, collided just before 11am on the main route into Portsmouth.

The collision happened near to the Portsmouth sails, on the southbound M275, and police have closed two lanes.

Lane three is open but traffic is tailed back to the motorway.

South Central Ambulance Service has also been on the scene and treated two casualties - a woman and a child - for minor injuries.

People visiting the city are being advised to use the Eastern Road.
