Council’s guide lists wedding venues for Sussex couples

IT’S traditionally the year when women get to propose marriage to men.

The leap year tradition and many other superstitions and stories make up a new brochure full of facts and information about wedding ceremonies.

The free booklet has been produced by West Sussex County Council and includes a list of wedding venues in the county.

Councillor Pete Bradbury, in charge of the registration service, said: ‘It’s packed with advice and information as well as some very entertaining features.

‘There are so many amazing and varied venues in West Sussex that people are spoilt for choice and the county council is keen to see even more places applying to be licensed.’
