FIREFIGHTERS tackled a blaze in a factory.

Two retained crews from Waterlooville fire station attended the fire in Waterberry Drive yesterday.

A small fire had started on a conveyor belt on an assembly line.

Two breathing apparatus, a hose reel and a thermal imaging camera were used.

It happened at 6.23pm and the fire was out by 6.57pm.

No-one was reported injured in the fire.

The extent of the damage is not yet known.
