A TEENAGER caught drink-driving has been banned from getting behind the wheel.

Laura Westbrook, 18, admitted driving a Ford Ka in Hipley Road, Havant, while over the limit.

A test revealed her blood contained 83 milligrammes of alcohol per 100ml.

The legal limit is 80 mg per 100ml of blood.

Westbrook, of Hipley Road, Havant, was fined £250 and told to pay £15 to a fund for crime victims and £85 costs.

Portsmouth magistrates banned her from driving for a year.
