DRINK-DRIVER Stacey Paterson has been banned from the roads.

Patterson, 28, of Lindisfarne Close, Portsmouth, admitted committing the offence while driving a Rover 25 in Stanhope Road, Portsmouth.

A test revealed her breath contained 57 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres.

The legal limit is 35mg.

Paterson also admitted driving the car without insurance.

She was fined £165 and banned from driving for 16 months by Portsmouth magistrates.

Paterson was ordered to pay £15 to a fund for crime victims and £85 court costs.
