A TEENAGER was caught behind the wheel while twice the legal alcohol limit.

Brittanie Lundbech, 19, of Gosport Road, Fareham, admitted committing the offence while behind the wheel of a Renault Clio in Anglesea Road, Portsmouth, on June 27.

A test revealed her blood contained 163 milligrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres. The legal limit is 80mg.

Lundbech was fined £110 and banned from driving for 18 months by Portsmouth magistrates. She was told to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 in court costs.
