FOUR people were arrested after a burglary at an Oxfam charity shop.

Police were called to the store in London Road, Bognor, after reports of men seen running from the store and carrying a safe.

Officers quickly traced a car to Churchill Walk and a 49-year-old Bognor man was arrested on suspicion of burglary.

Three other people – a 51-year-old man, a 36-year-old man and a 27-year-old woman, all from Bognor – were arrested a short time later on suspicion of burglary.

The burglary happened at about 6.15pm on Sunday. Call police on 101.
