FIREFIGHTERS were called out to a blaze outside a kitchenware shop.

Three refuse bins and a recycling bin went up in flames outside Lakeland, in North Street, Chichester.

A fire engine went to the scene at 2.15am on Tuesday and spent 45 minutes tackling the fire.

The blaze is believed to have been started by arsonists.
