A TEENAGER has admitted beating another man unconscious on a dancefloor.

Gary Moody, of Ludlow Road, Paulsgrove, punched Craig Prestleton to the ground and then repeatedly hit him as he lay on the floor at Tiger Tiger in Portsmouth’s Gunwharf Quays.

The 19-year-old pleaded guilty to assault causing grievous bodily harm with intent.

Portsmouth Crown Court heard Mr Prestleton can remember little of the attack as he lost consciousness. But witnesses in the packed club saw Moody repeatedly hit his victim during the vicious assault in May last year. Moody was released on bail for sentencing on April 10.
