A MAN has pleaded guilty to a string of crimes, including assaulting a police officer.

Lloyd Collier, from Magennis Close, Gosport, admitted assaulting the officer in Havant on July 30.

And he admitted assaulting another man in Gosport, breaking a window on the victim’s VW Golf. The 24-year-old was ordered to take part in a programme to address his behaviour for 26 sessions and put under supervision for 18 months by Portsmouth magistrates.

He received an 18-month restraining order and must pay £200 compensation.

Collier admitted committing the offence while subject to a six-month conditional discharge.
