Police offer reward for arrest of former Portsmouth resident after £12 million heroin supply trial

ATTACKER Lee Carter has been jailed.

Carter, who lives care of Stony Stratford in Buckinghamshire, pleaded guilty to two counts of assaulting a woman by beating her at Spencer Court in Fareham.

The crimes were committed on May 30 and 31 this year.

The 40-year-old was sentenced to 135 days in jail at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court.

Carter was also given a restraining order banning him from contacting the victim or visiting her home for a year.
