A FLAT in Southsea was broken into late last week.
Police are appealing for witnesses following the incident in Devonshire Avenue. The incident occurred between 8.10am and 3.45pm on Friday, April 5.
Entry was forced into the property but nothing was stolen.
Detective Constable Charles Cox said: ‘Entry was gained into the flat by a window which was in clear view of the busy residential street.
‘I would like to hear from anyone who witnessed anything suspicious in the area at the time of this incident.’ Call 101.
