A TEENAGER caught drink-driving has been banned from the roads.

Jack Kelly, 18, of Bell Davies Road, Fareham, pleaded guilty to committing the offence while driving a VW Polo in Haslar Road, Gosport on November 22.

A test revealed his breath contained 57 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres. The legal limit is 35mg.

Kelly was fined £110 and told to pay £20 to a fund for victims of crime.

He was ordered to pay £385 in court costs.

Fareham magistrates banned Kelly from driving for a year.
