A SEX offender admitted breaching an order by failing to inform police about his holiday plans.

Craig Southard, 41, pleaded guilty to failing to tell police about his travel to China via Norway on October 18, breaching notification requirements he is subject to under the Sexual Offences Act 2003.

Southard, of Austen Gardens Whiteley, was fined £110.

He was ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 in costs by Fareham magistrates.
